工作職責：
1. Oversee the process of sample analysis and other procedures to allow effective use of laboratory resources in response to customer, distributor or field personnel technical requirements 響應客戶，經銷商和現場技術人員的要求，監管樣品分析的過程和高效運用實驗室資源的程序
2. Assure compliance with all established testing procedures and product specifications and support a program of continuous quality control improvement 確保符合所有既定測試程序和產品規格，并支持連續的質量控制改進方案
3. Help to maintain security of all formulations, systems and procedures unique to the Corporation 確保維護公司特有的配方，系統和程序的安全性
4. Supervise and/or conduct laboratory tests on raw materials, intermediate blends, finished products, and research and development products 對原材料，中間混合物，成品和研發產品進行監督或者實驗室測試
5. Maintain Quality Control manual to ISO 9002 and QS standards by updating documentation in a timely manner 以ISO9002和QS的標準，維護質量管理手冊，并及時更新文檔。
6. Supervise reformulation experiments on commercialized products based on complaints/ improvement requests from the field 通過從現場得到的一些改進要求，對商品化的產品進行監督
7. Assist with the development of and adherence to quality control procedures required for all global manufacturing and blending operations. 協助制定和堅持所有的全球生產和混合操作所需的質量控制程序。
