Essential Job Functions :

1. Responsible for supplier sustaining and driving for timely gap closure of all quality issues in production
2. Conduct regular supplier audit\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\visit to monitor and sustaining supplier quality system in place to ensure manufactured the company products of consistent quality meeting the company’s requirement and specification.
3. Responsible for product inspection, First Sample Inspection，customer complaint handling, quality issue analysis, responding to customer with corrective actions。
4 Give quality improvement suggestion of quality issues, serve as advocate/coordinator of quality improvement project. Do improvement experiment, data collecting and analyzing independently or cooperatively and present the report in both Chinese and English
5 Assist QA manage to maintains the quality system operation
6 Participate in internal quality audit and ISO9001 quality system audit and other external audit work
7 Assist and organize quality management training
8. Prepare or review inspection plan according to product standard or drawing,
9. Assist in data collection and analysis, nonconforming material handling

Job requirment:

1. At least 5 years minimum experience working in casting or valve industry as quality engineer
2. College degree above, good reading and written Englishi skill
3. With good understand of valve, especially butterfly valve. With good understanding with casting, machining and rubber molding process
4. Deeply understanding with ISO 9001 or TS16949 quality system. Internal auditor qualification preferred
