Air Products is looking for experienced Gas & Chemical Technicians for a Fab Facility in Dalian, China. These individual will support the sustaining TGCM operation for a customer under Megasys contract.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Maintain and operate Gas & Chemical delivery equipment; such as: OFA/HPOFA; BA filling station; Gas cabinets, HFS, Valve Manifold Boxes, CDM, Tanks, Schumacher/Genstream system, purifiers, analyzers and scrubbers. Understand how the equipment works, identify individual components included in each assembly, and perform periodic maintenance. 操作并維護氣體和化學品輸送設備；例如：無油空氣/高壓無油空氣系統；呼吸器充裝站；氣柜；高流量氣體設備，閥組箱，化學品輸送單元；Schumacher/Genstream 系統；氣體純化器；分析儀和排放裝置。理解這些設備的工作原理，熟悉每個設備上的部件，并能執行定期維護2. Perform daily rounds including verifying purifier, set points, recording readings, calibrating analytical equipment, completing safety surveys, monitoring inventory Gas & Chemical levels, verifying toxic Gas & Chemical monitoring operations, and cylinder handling as required. 執行每日巡檢工作包括檢查純化器，設備的設置點，記錄設備的讀值，檢驗分析儀，完成安全巡視，監控氣體和化學品的庫存，檢驗有毒氣體和化學品的系統監控的運行，鋼瓶操作所需要的檢查。3. Perform all container changes for Gas delivery system and chemical delivery system and related activities. 執行所有的氣體和化學品容器的更換工作4. Monitor container inventories. 監控氣體化學品的庫存5. Monitor and understand correct delivery procedure for each product on site. 了解現場氣體和化學品送貨的流程6. Demonstrate knowledge of all proper reporting procedures per on-site operations manual including cylinder/container changing, product acceptance, inventory and material usage, bulk Gas analysis, analyzer calibration, monitoring, safety parameters, and personnel requirements. 熟悉現場的各種報告包括現場氣體和化學品更換，產品接收，庫存和材料的使用量，大宗氣分析，分析儀校驗，監控系統，安全數據和人員要求等7. Demonstrate ability to obtain proper assistance when confronted with problem situations. 擁有面對問題尋求幫助的能力8. Demonstrate ability to follow directions from leader. 嚴格執行領導的指示9. JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Job Incumbent is expected to have 2-3 years College degree and/or above in engineering, mechanical, electrical, chemical, electronics, PLC expertise is required. 需要2-3年的大專以上有關工程，機械，電子，化學，PLC控制的相關專業的學歷2. Job Incumbent is expected to have minimum 1 year work experience in a similar work environment. 需要有1年以上類似的工作經驗3. Has the ability and willingness to learn, the evidence of previous work in a successful team environment, and has an amiable personality. 積極進取，良好的學習能力并適應團隊工作4.
