1. Bachelor of Engineering in appropriate engineering discipline (BEng preferred).
2. Two (2) or more years of directly related engineering experience.Ability to drive change in products, processes, and organization culture.
3. Good communication skills, a team player, knowledge in the use of various design tools such as Pro-Engineer, Auto Cad, DFMEA, DOE, Project management, etc.
4. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional/trade publications; establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies.
