概述：Overview負責新項目小組成立，帶領項目組成員以項目的時間、成本、質量以及客戶需求為中心，開展相關活動并保證目標的達成；Responsible for new project team formation, lead project member doing related tasks to accomplished final goal based on project timing, cost, quality and customer requirement.職責：1.負責新項目時間計劃的制定、跟蹤和控制，保證新項目相關工裝設備投資進度目標的達成；Responsible for new project timing creation, tracking and control to assure the new project relative equipment and tooling investment plan to be reached.2.負責新項目的成本預算的核定和控制，保證項目成本目標的達成；Responsible for new project budget audit and control to assure project cost goal to be reached.3.負責定期召開項目會議，對新項目問題進行跟蹤、反饋及關閉，Responsible for held project meeting regularly, new project open issues tracking, feedback and close.4.負責公司PDP-Gate Structure(項目開發流程)在項目中的貫徹和實施，以及在CDB系統中項目數據的完善和維護；Responsible for company PDP-Gate Structure (product development procedure) execution in new project management, project data improvement and maintenance in CDB system.5.負責工程變更的管理和實施；Responsible for ECN management and execution.6.作為與對接客戶窗口，負責和協調完成客戶指定的工作；Responsible for other customer assignments as a window to customer.7.協助制定項目相關工藝文件、技術標準、程序文件的制定和貫徹實施； Assist to create and execute project relative process documents, technical specifications and standard documents.8. 協助或負責公司重大質量改善、技術改進和降成本工作；Assist or responsible for company quality improvement, technical improvement and cost saving.9.協助公司第三方審核工作；Assist to achieve 3rd party audit. 10.協助分公司與蘇州其他部門工作協調和信息溝通工作；Assist to coordination and communication between branches and other department within KASZ.11.完成上級直接指派的其他工作。Achieve other assignments from superior.11. 了解本崗位的環境因素Be familiar with environment factors of his/her own position任職資格：· Over 3 years project management working experience in Automotive industry· Fluent in spoken and written English
