Direct Responsibilities
1.Development of custom circuits for DRAM and Emerging Memory in advanced process technologies.
2.Learn and use new EDA tools and techniques for circuit design, Layout and validation.
3.Characterize and model memory designs.
4.Work with **** chip team and provide guidance for memory **** requirements on silicon.
5.Contribute to EDA tool chain bring up as needed to develop and characterize custom circuits.
6.Work with PIE (or PA), PE and DET.
7.Communicate with and support vendors, semiconductor partners and internal customers.

Preferred Requirements:
1.Familiarity with Memory architecture
2.Willingness to be flexible in responsibility throughout the project design cycle
3.software skills (Perl, Python, C++, Tcl/Tk, or similar)
4.presentation skills and MS Office(Excel, word, ppt) skills
5.Multi language skills are preferred (Chinese, Korean, English)
